Welcome to Print Pack NYC. By using our website, requesting a quote, or placing an order, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before purchasing our products or services.

Customer Satisfaction

Your satisfaction is our priority. If you experience any issues with your order, please contact our customer support team with a detailed description of your concern. Our quality assurance team will review your request and work toward a fair and timely resolution.

Please note that certain issues relating to customer-submitted artwork, file preparation, shipping carriers, and circumstances beyond our control may not qualify for replacement or refund.

Artwork & File Submission

Customers are responsible for ensuring that all submitted files are accurate and print-ready.

Print Pack NYC is not responsible for:

  • Spelling, grammar, or typographical errors.

  • Low-resolution images or poor-quality artwork.

  • Incorrect dimensions, bleeds, margins, or color settings.

  • Errors in product selection or specifications submitted by the customer.

  • Delays caused by incomplete, incorrect, or late file submissions.

We strongly recommend reviewing all artwork carefully before approving production.

Proof Approval

When digital or printed proofs are provided, customers are responsible for carefully reviewing all content before granting final approval.

Once a proof has been approved, Print Pack NYC is not responsible for any errors that were present in the approved artwork.

Production & Turnaround Time

Production begins only after:

  • Full payment has been received.

  • Print-ready artwork has been submitted.

  • Final proof approval has been received (if applicable).

Orders approved after 6:00 PM Eastern Time will begin production on the next business day.

Production estimates exclude weekends, holidays, shipping transit time, and unforeseen production delays.

Payment Terms

All prices are displayed in U.S. Dollars (USD).

Orders are processed only after full payment has been received unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Applicable taxes, shipping charges, and additional services will be included during checkout or in your quotation.

Accepted Payment Methods

We accept most major payment methods used in the United States, including:

  • Credit Cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover)

  • Debit Cards

  • ACH Bank Transfer

  • Wire Transfer

  • Zelle

  • PayPal

  • Apple Pay

  • Google Pay

  • Shop Pay (where available)

Business customers may also be eligible for invoice-based payments upon approval.

Color Accuracy

We make every effort to reproduce colors accurately using professional printing equipment.

However, exact color matching cannot be guaranteed due to differences in:

  • Digital displays

  • Printing processes

  • Paper materials

  • Ink absorption

  • Finishing techniques

Minor color variations are considered normal within commercial printing standards.

Customers requiring precise color reproduction should request a printed proof or provide approved Pantone® color references where applicable.

Shipping & Delivery

Print Pack NYC ships throughout the United States.

Shipping estimates are provided by third-party carriers and are not guaranteed.

We are not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Shipping carriers

  • Severe weather

  • Customs inspections

  • Natural disasters

  • Labor disruptions

  • Incorrect shipping information provided by the customer

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping addresses.

Lost or Damaged Shipments

If your shipment arrives damaged or is lost during transit, please notify us promptly.

We may request:

  • Photographs of damaged products

  • Original packaging

  • Return of damaged items when necessary

Replacement or refund requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

Cancellations & Order Changes

Orders may be modified or canceled only before production begins.

Once production has started, cancellations, refunds, or design changes may no longer be possible.

Additional charges may apply for artwork revisions requested after production files have been prepared.

Refund Policy

Because all products are custom-made, refunds are generally not available after production has started.

If Print Pack NYC determines that an error occurred during manufacturing or printing, we may choose to:

  • Reprint the order,

  • Repair the issue where possible, or

  • Issue a partial or full refund at our discretion.

Intellectual Property

Customers confirm that they own or have permission to use all submitted artwork, logos, trademarks, images, and other content.

Print Pack NYC is not responsible for copyright or trademark infringement resulting from customer-submitted materials.

Customers agree not to submit unlawful, offensive, defamatory, or infringing content.

Marketing & Portfolio Rights

Unless otherwise requested in writing, Print Pack NYC reserves the right to photograph or display completed products for portfolio, marketing, advertising, social media, and promotional purposes.

Confidential or NDA-protected projects will always be respected.

Limitation of Liability

Our total liability shall never exceed the amount paid for the affected order.

Print Pack NYC shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or business interruption damages arising from the use of our products or services.

Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.
